I’ve been playing with my schedule and when I’m tackling things lately, trying to do things I need the most energy for when I actually have it. It’s been a bit of a challenge with the lack of energy I’m having, but I keep playing around! One thing that has majorly suffered has been the blog. I’ve been trying to prepare more behind the scenes on the weekends to make it easier during the week, but this week didn’t work out so well.
I’m aware, and I’m trying. And I’m telling you I will do better.
So here is a start…4 motivation videos originally recorded on Periscope. Scoping has been an easy to do to tackle, as I love to spread motivation. It’s then taking that and getting it on youtube, etc, that has been more difficult! (Same goes for the Hammer and Chisel workouts!). So here are the last 4, and I will do better at posting these.
I know I’ve given tips for getting up earlier before, but there are always new tools and tips! So listen in for a review and some new stuff!

So, I had technical difficulties yesterday and didn’t get to post my morning motivation. Here it is for your viewing pleasure, plus today’s…today is me, real deal. How am I dealing with eating in this early stage of pregnancy where I hate food, am always hungry, and nauseous too.
I’m mixing up two cans to keep in the fridge for lunches…trying to keep it easy and semi-healthy!
