What’s on my wishlist this week?
I spoke about the supplements I’ve been adding into my Hammer and Chisel nutrition plan in what I ate on Saturday. I have gone down in calories, up in workout intensity, and I’m not sore or hungry really, which I think is a lot to do with the Performance Line!
So how great would this be for organizing it all on the go, or just to have ready for the day?
