I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…scales are dumb! So how can you measure your success?
I do typically weigh myself once a week, but it’s for a general trend. Of course I prefer it to go down each week, but I don’t let it bother me if it does. There is too much going on besides your progress with scale weight!
