I survived day 1! I think it went well. Almost time to get to bed early 🙂

1 – Shakeology and half a banana
2 – Fiber Sweep
3- Carrots, Grapes, Hummus and Vanilla Fresh
4 – Celery and Almond Butter
5 – Broth with cilantro, Cucumber and Tomato Salad and Vanilla Fresh
Not pictured is teas and waters through the day. I’m feeling good and ready for tomorrow!
