I can still report on day 5 though. I did the Total Body Cardio Fix workout because I did Cardio Fix Tuesday. I really liked it, and was glad that Autumn mentioned that the first exercise was the hardest of the workout because it was tough! I also did my first treats today…I’m about to have a glass of wine! I am looking forward to it.
I made a great dinner also. Cucumbers and tomatoes with hummus and salmon over spinach…delicious and filling! I have been having my blue container earlier in the day, but this was really good for dinner.
I still haven’t had much of a hunger issue. It is amazing how much food you can fit into a day when you make good choices! Whether I continue on for another round of the 21 Day Fix or I decide to change up the nutrition after, I think I’m (re)learning good habits, which has been my goal all along. Already, I am being a less lazy meal preparer and enjoying the results of my slightly extra effort. I think it has seemed like a lot more work than it has been!
