Currently…24 weeks

As of Wednesday, I am 24 weeks pregnant.  Still staying active!  I recently changed my weekly workout plan so I would get more yoga in.  My old plan was…

Monday – 20 minutes elliptical, weights

Tuesday – 60 minutes mixed cardio

Wednesday – 20 minutes elliptical, weights

Thursday – TurboKick (practicing rounds at home)

Friday – 20 minutes elliptical, weights

Saturday – Yoga Booty Ballet Baby on the Way and practice TurboKick

Sunday – yoga

Mostly just yoga on Sunday (YBB has about 10 minutes of yoga), my most likely day to rest instead.  Rest is of course good for you, but so is yoga!  My new plan is …

I’ve taken out a day of weights, but there is a weight portion in YBB and the yoga definitely helps tone!  I’m using primarily two prenatal programs from yogadownload.com.  Both are intermediate, which is what I was looking for in a program.  Pre-pregnancy, I did hot yoga about 5 times a week, in addition to other workouts.  More on my pre-pregnancy fitness soon!
